Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with Love Out Loud

These terms apply to loveoutloud.love and its Love Out Loud services. By affirmatively accepting them when you publish a profile or submit an advertisement, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices; it is not permission for unrelated marketing. Private messages require an adult couple profile or adult business submission. Do not use messaging to send spam, scams, threats, harassment, or unlawful content. Messages are visible to the participating accounts; the owner can review messages that are reported. Block controls stop further contact between the accounts. Visitors must also follow the restrictions on misuse below. Contact the site operator through our Help & Requests form at /help.

2. Adult eligibility and single-person creation

Anyone at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding agreement where they live may create a couple profile. One person may create and manage the profile; we do not require a second account, approval, or consent step from the partner. The creator is responsible for truthful information and lawful publication, including image rights and permission where privacy or other laws require it. Do not impersonate someone, publish intimate content, reveal protected private information unlawfully, or harass another person. Anyone, including a minor or an authorized representative, may use the reporting form to seek protection or removal; reporting does not require a profile or sign-in.

3. Accounts and public profiles

ChatGPT sign-in identifies the account that can manage a profile; it does not verify a relationship, identity, age, or background. Use your own account and keep it secure. Profiles are free. Published names or initials, city, state or region, country, relationship status, bio, filenames, photos, and videos can be seen by anyone, indexed by search engines, and copied by others. Do not post home addresses, financial information, identification documents, or other private details. You can edit or remove your own profile and media through Our Profile. A person who cannot access the managing account can report a privacy, impersonation, or removal concern through Help & Requests.

4. Your content and our limited license

You retain your rights in content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for images, music, video, names, likenesses, and any other included material. You give Love Out Loud a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, transmit, display, and technically format your submissions only to operate, secure, moderate, and provide this service. This is not permission to use your likeness in a separate advertisement without an additional agreement. The license ends when content is removed from active service, except for copies reasonably retained for legal, security, or dispute purposes. Third-party caches and lawful copies outside our control may persist. We do not claim ownership of your relationship or story.

5. Acceptable use and moderation

• Follow the Community Guidelines. No sexual or intimate imagery, child exploitation, threats, stalking, harassment, doxxing, hate, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• Do not upload anyone under 18, copyrighted material you cannot share, malicious files, or content obtained or published without the rights or permission required by law.
• Do not scrape profiles for marketing, build sensitive profiles about people, harvest contact details, bypass access controls, abuse reporting, or interfere with the service.
• We may restrict or remove content, block identical media, or limit access for a rule violation, safety concern, legal obligation, or service protection. We may act before completing a review when safety requires it. Ask for review through Help & Requests if you believe a decision was mistaken.

6. Advertising and outside businesses

A feed advertisement costs US $10 for 30 consecutive 24-hour days. Submit your advertisement for content review; once approved, pay $10 by PayPal or Zelle and submit your receipt. The owner confirms the completed payment before starting its paid period. Automatically verified checkout may also be available when the live merchant connection is configured. Saving a draft or submitting it for review does not charge you or publish a paid ad. Each renewal is a separate one-time $10 payment for another 30 days. An early renewal extends the current paid-through time by 30 days; renewing an expired ad starts 30 days from verified payment activation. Ads automatically stop appearing in the public feed at expiration unless another period has been paid. This is not a subscription and we do not automatically renew or charge a saved card. Applicable tax, if required and supported at checkout, is included in the $10 displayed total. We do not guarantee audience size, clicks, sales, business availability, relationship outcomes, or merchant quality. Advertisers are responsible for truthful claims, required disclosures, their licenses, and rights to their creative materials. Outside purchases, bookings, refunds, and services are between you and the merchant, subject to your nonwaivable rights.

7. Service and content disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, absolute security, or the accuracy of member submissions. We are not a dating, identity verification, background screening, emergency, legal, medical, or travel advisory service. Nothing here overrides an express promise we make, a duty imposed by law, or consumer protections that cannot be excluded.

8. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Out Loud and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, such as lost profits or loss of data. Our total contractual liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury that cannot lawfully be limited, or privacy, statutory, consumer, or other liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude or cap. If your law does not permit a particular limitation, that limitation does not apply to you.

9. Responsibility for your conduct

Where the law permits, you are responsible for reasonable, documented third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful submissions, deliberate misuse, or violation of another person’s rights. This responsibility applies only to the extent attributable to your conduct and does not require you to cover our own negligence, misconduct, or nonwaivable legal obligations. We will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to participate in the defense; you are not required to accept a settlement that admits liability or imposes obligations on you without your agreement.

10. Changes, ending use, and disputes

You can stop using the service and remove your profile at any time. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable or legally required. Updated terms show a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing agreement will be presented for a new affirmative acceptance before further publishing or advertising requests. Changes do not retroactively waive accrued rights. Contact Help & Requests to try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class participation, shorten statutory deadlines, or waive the courts and mandatory laws available to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
