Our funding model and current availability
Couple profiles are free. Feed advertising costs US $10 for 30 days per advertisement and supports the site. Businesses submit content for review before payment. PayPal and Zelle are available after ad approval. For PayPal, use the merchant-hosted button, check the final total is $10.00 USD for one ad period, and return to submit the payer name, payment date, and receipt reference. If the checkout total differs, stop and contact us. For Zelle, send $10.00 to the receiving tag shown on the site using your banking app, include the advertisement memo, and report the transfer. A payment report alone does not activate an ad; the operator must match and confirm the completed $10 receipt in the business PayPal account or bank. The new 30-day period starts at confirmation, or extends an unexpired paid period by 30 days. Do not send another payment while a report is awaiting review. Automatically verified online checkout requires a completed live merchant connection. Apple Pay can appear when the merchant account, domain, and device are eligible. Each purchase is one-time; there is no subscription or automatic card charge.
Thirty days, then automatic expiration
A paid advertisement may appear between couple posts in the scrolling feed. A 30-day period starts only when payment is verified for an approved ad. At its paid-through timestamp, the ad is excluded from new feed responses and removed from an open feed unless it has been renewed. Renewal costs another $10: before expiry it adds 30 days to the current paid-through time; after expiry it starts a new 30-day period. Advertisers can see their payment and expiry status on the business page. Placement frequency and views vary; there is no exposure guarantee. A safety restriction or pause may stop display sooner, subject to the refund terms below.
Clear advertising labels
Any paid listing or placement must be identified where it appears using a clear label such as Advertisement or Sponsored advertisement, including on a detail page when relevant. A paid placement is not an independent editorial recommendation. We do not let payment turn a member’s personal profile into an advertisement without that person’s separate permission. Illustrative couple stories are marked Sample; they are not customer testimonials or verified endorsements.
Business responsibilities
Only an adult authorized to act for a business may submit an enquiry. Proposed creative materials and offers must be accurate, lawful, appropriate for this community, and supported by any required evidence. The business must hold necessary licenses and rights to its images, names, music, trademarks, and claims. Disclose material limits, dates, prices, fees, and eligibility. No discrimination, unlawful goods, adult services, deceptive offers, fake testimonials, or undisclosed incentivized endorsements. We can decline or request changes to unsuitable campaigns. Approval, price, the 30-day term, and these business terms are shown before checkout. Approval alone does not publish an ad: a verified successful payment is required.
Results, merchant services, and refunds
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, bookings, purchases, profit, or exclusivity. A viewer’s purchase or booking is with the merchant, whose delivery, taxes, availability, cancellation, warranty, and refund terms should be checked before purchase. The merchant is responsible for its services and legal duties. Your statutory rights remain intact. You may withdraw an unpaid request without charge. A started paid period is generally nonrefundable for voluntary early removal to the extent lawful. If we fail to provide the paid service for reasons attributable to us, contact Help & Requests for an appropriate refund or credit for the unprovided portion. This does not limit statutory cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer rights. Ads removed for illegal content, fraud, or a breach attributable to the advertiser are subject to applicable law and the circumstances; no policy overrides a nonwaivable right.
Privacy and affiliate relationships
Enquiry contact information is used to review and respond to the request, not placed on a public member list. Messages are available to the participating accounts; recipients may copy or share what you send. The owner can review reported message text and related report details. Messages are not included in public profiles, search, or the feed. Approved and paid advertisements publish the business name, category, city, state, website, and offer text. The advertiser’s contact name, email, and payment details remain private. Advertisers do not receive private profile account details or targeted audiences based on relationship information. The site does not currently operate affiliate commission links or behavioral ad targeting. Payment providers may use their own cookies and fraud-prevention tools during checkout under their privacy policies. If affiliate links are introduced, a clear commission disclosure must appear near the relevant link before a visitor acts on it.
